From consultation-to-procedure, I experienced advice and transparency from competent, trustworthy and caring staff, the post-op nurses and my surgeon, Dr. Thiet. I had lots of trepidation and anxiety undergoing this process. The nurses and staff were kind and responded to every question. Dr. Thiet met my expectations by removing them packed on, pounds from areas I hated and suggested an exercise regimen to help achieve my desired look and phoned me the day of surgery to check on me. After only a week I'm very satisfied with the results and anxiously look forward to full workout and diet regiment. I am so happy.

It went very well, and wasn't as painful as I thought it would be I did have 2 c-sections so, it was not bad at all I had liposuction in my abdominal area with the ex skin removal. I am a hairstylist, I was up and working in 5days. I am so happy I am only 1month and 3weeks out and can see a very big difference. Remember stay on a good diet plan is the key!

My experience was great!

My experience was great! Two days after the surgery I took off my compression garment and I started to cry! My fat was gone, my stomach was flat and I had a waist. I'm still very swollen and saw that big of a difference! I can't thank the staff there enough, you helped change my life!

I decided to give Sono Bello a try.

After some research, I decided to give Sono Bello a try. Walking into the facility, you instantly feel welcomed and that you are walking into a professional environment. My initial consultation was amazing, they really listened to my needs and expressed a genuine concern. I expressed my concerns and some.past experience with another surgeon, who promised results and gave me unrealistic expectations. Throughout this process, I never felt as though they were just looking to make money, but that they were truly interested in my well being and help me achieve the desired results. I thought the process and procedure was going to be overly expensive, but surprisingly it wasn't. Each case is different depending on what's needed, but for me they price was well worth it. I booked my procedure the same day. It's now been a week and I can already see the results and have experienced no pain, just a little soreness, but that's to be expected with any procedure. My procedure was on Tuesday and I went to work on Thursday and I work as a Recreation Specialist with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, which requires me to be on my feet, alert and moving. If you are seriously looking to make a change and are not "liking the skin your in" give Sono Bello a try, you'll be glad you did.

Very pleased

I have taken off 80 lbs over the last 2 years. I have been faced with so stubborn areas of fat and sagging skin no matter what I did. I came to Sono Bello to help me over this last hurdle. This has been the most awesome experience.

This has been the most awesome experience. I had my upper abs, lower abs, waist done, and the shelf on my bottom! Then my inner and outer thighs and arms. Meeting with Gabrielle, my consultant was so informative and she told me honestly what would be beneficial and explained the process in a way that instantly made my final decision to go forward easy. The nurses and doctors that saw me were amazing as well. Super sweet and made me feel at home and cared for. My doctor was Dr. Atun, and he was so easy to talk to. Even during the procedures we he was making sure I was ok. The facility is so nice and clean, which also gives you a feeling that they run a tight ship. I am 4 wks post op on my first procedure and 2 wks on my second. I love the results already and they will only get better. I was able to have my procedures on Saturday, and my follow up appointments on Saturday. I never missed a day of work!!

The consultation office staff are AMAZING and Non-judgemental (Yay! Trina and Ada!). Be honest about what you want - they've seen it all and completely get what you're trying to accomplish. The procedural staff...WOW! Just great folks to interact with! My guy that prepped me...I feel bad I can't remember his name...this guy? Totally awesome! A great conversationalist, very comforting. Now, the woman of the hour, Dr. Madjidi...just a real, cool woman. She made me feel very comfortable, was as gentle as reasonably allowable (considering) and just poignant and funny whilst being greatly professional. If you're laying out the dollars to do something - this is the place to do it. Not sure if I'd have done it anywhere else because I doubt any other company supports such "human and real" interaction from its employees - true professionals.

Explained everything to me

I read the reviews before going for an appointment and some of the Sono Bello reviews were very negative. After doing my own research I made an appointment. The consult was exactly what it is a consultation. I was not rushed or pushed and Staci explained everything to me. It was actually my boyfriend who pushed me to act on the procedure earlier than I initially wanted. I did my research on Dr. Stapenhorst as well. I went to the medical review board to ensure there were no medical complaints and came up with zero. After all my homework I was convinced I wanted to go through the procedure and wanted Dr. Stapenhorst to preform my surgery. The staff in Houston were amazing. Raven is the best, she calls you by your name when you walk through the door. I also thought it was rather nice to receive a call from Dr. Stapenhorst himself 4 or 5 hours after I was home resting to check up on me. Then, a few days later I received another call from one of the nurses on duty, to verify if I had questions. My experience was actually a 10. I am only two weeks post lipo, but I am healing well and went back to work after one week. I had my upper and lower abs, my side and arms done all at once. I still have soreness in the abnormal area but its very manageable. I forgot to mention, there are these automatic (I am assuming) emails that Sono Bello sends, every few days, and I kid you not everything mentioned in the emails are exactly what you will experience and everyday you feel better. I cannot wait until I am 6 weeks out, my boyfriend is already telling me how fine I am. :)

The staff at Houston center are wonderful

A wonderful experience from start to finish. I am one week out and having minimal discomfort. Had the procedure on Saturday and went back to work on Monday. I will say that I did go home early after 6 hours of work due to feeling sore and weak. The next day however I felt much better. The staff at Houston center are wonderful. Dr thiet is honest with her pre assessment of what you want done and what she feels will give the best results. The day off the procedure everyone was kind and very professional. I can say this with confidence as I am an OR Manager with years of experience. During the procedure I was very comfortable with just a few moments of discomfort. The medication given before is strong enough that I remember that I had a few uncomfortable moments but basically it feels like it was a dream. My 1 week post procedure visit went wonderful today. I would recommend that if you are thinking of having liposuction under general anesthesia please take a day to visit with this staff first. Truly there is no need for general anesthesia with this process available.

Dr. Stapenhorst is the best there is

The reviews on Sono Bello are not all great reviews, however I did my own research. I even research the doctors at the clinic. Dr. Stapenhorst is the best there is. He even called me several hours after surgery to check up on me. Then, a few days later I received a call from one of the nurses verifying my comfort levels. My experience was the BEST and even though I am only two weeks post, I feel great however I am experiencing soreness in the abnormal area. Which is to be expected. If I could rate the facility a 10 I would. And Raven, she is the BEST!!! She remembered my name for my follow-up appointment and small gestures like that makes me happy. I am very pleased with my results thus far and cannot wait to see my progress in 3 months.

I can honestly say that I feel great.

It has been exactly two weeks since my procedure and I can honestly say that I feel great. The whole experience to this day has been interesting. My initial consultation with Stacy was like an interrogation. I'm so glad she made it out with a big smile on her face. She was absolutely wonderful. After I made the decision to have the procedure done by Sono Bello I vetted their doctors and chose Dr. O. He was also a delight to work with. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable before and during the procedure. I must admit getting all of my upper area completed at one time made for a challenging night's sleep but I don't regret a thing. Today I feel wonderful - still a little sore with a few lumps but overall I would not change a thing. Can't wait to see the end results of my life changing experience.

I'm so happy with my decision.

I had be toying and researching liposuction for a year, I knew I wanted to feel better in my body I just didn't know the way to go about it. A friend had tummy tuck surgery and I knew that was too invasive for me, so when I saw the commercial for Sono Bello I did research on the TriScuplt procedure and called for the complimentary consultation. I had many questions and my patient coordinator answered them all to my satisfaction and then some, she made me feel comfortable and confident about my decision. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. The doctor called me the evening after my procedure to check on me and gave me his cell number in case I had questions. I get weekly emails from the office of what I can expect each week with recovery. I'm so happy with my decision and my results so far. If I had to do it all again I would do it in a heart beat!!

Excellent customer service! It starts with the initial phone conversation leading the scheduling of your consultation, and finally to the day you are rolled out from your procedure; and follow-up calls and emails. I was pleased with the ease of the consultation, and LOVED the doctor that did my Lipo. I wasn't looking to do the whole arm lift cutting, and I totally understood my results would not be as efficient without the "cut"; however I was firm with choosing Lipo and following it up with Venus treatments. The entire staff is pleasant and I WOULD totally recommend Sonobello (which I have already to three friends/family).

I was very nervous about the initial meeting because I felt so ashamed of my body and having someone see what I've done to myself. The staff made me feel very comfortable and hopeful. Dr.Atun made me feel comfortable and assured me he could help me. I noticed a change immediately after the procedure. It was very comforting to know he really cared when he called me the very next day to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions or concerns. One week post op you could visually see the difference and I can't wait for all the swelling to go away! I only wish I could have done this a lot sooner.

I loved Dr. Atun!

I loved Dr. Atun! He's so lively and made me feel very comfortable during the surgery. There were some issues during the prep for surgery that caused delay, but ultimately everything went well. My experience was the best. The nurse/doctor/patient relationship is wonderful. They make you feel at ease at all times. During the surgery while awake throughout the whole procedure, the nurse was always asking me if I'm alright. There were no major discomfort during the procedure. I met with the consultant whom answered all my questions she treated me very nice. Dr. Jaffer nurse did everything to make me feel comfortable and she did. It was a pleasure to meet with Dr. Jaffer he explained the procedure and made me feel a little less nervous. The day of surgery again everyone couldn't be any friendlier and made me feel I was in good hands. Thank you Dr. Jaffer & Staff

They made me feel completely at ease with my procedure. Everyone was so informative about everything every step of the way. I loved my physician. She was both humerous and professional. I did my research and I found her to be very qualified. They were also very honest about what to expect after surgery.

I had a great experience with Sonobello

I had a great experience with Sonobello. It has only been 1 week and my husband and I are amazed at the results. My stomach and back fat is gone. It's only going to get better, because I'm still swollen and i can see the results. I would recommend any one to go if you can't get rid of that stubborn fat. I wish i had done it long ago.

My experience was great!! Every one was very caring, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Sono Bello. I didn't have to wait long at all for any of my appointments, post or pre. The staff is very friendly.
